This collaboration, initiated in 2024, marks a significant step in ensuring AIMY™ aligns with the highest industry standards. As part of this partnership, ICF Germany has joined CoachHub’s AI Consulting Group (AICG), bringing their extensive coaching expertise to the development of ethical, science-based AI-driven coaching solutions.

ICF Germany has been actively contributing to discussions on AIMY™ ‘s user journey, theoretical frameworks, and ethical considerations. Members of CoachHub’s AI Consulting Group also had access to early versions of AIMY™ for testing and feedback, helping to refine its capabilities and effectiveness.
