Firebrand Achieves matrix Standard

London (UK), February 2018 - Firebrand Training has achieved the matrix Standard, the international quality standard for organisations that deliver information, advice, and guidance (IAG).

Firebrand joins a range of top organisations in using the matrix Standard accreditation to benchmark their information, advice, and guidance (IAG) services. matrix-accredited organisations include the NHS, University of Leicester, and the Government Department for Employment and Learning.

To gain accreditation, Firebrand’s employees, skills, and technology were assessed across the four areas of the matrix Standard: leadership and management, resources, service delivery, and continuous quality. Each element of the matrix Standard contains strict assessment criteria, all of which must be met to achieve accreditation.

The Standard provides Firebrand Training with a recognised mark of quality, confirming Firebrand’s commitment to providing the highest quality of careers advice and IAG services.

Gavin Freed, Chairman of Firebrand Apprenticeships, said, "Firebrand is continuing to build its credibility in the market through a focus on delivering high quality IT training and apprenticeships. The award of the matrix Standard is further evidence of this and recognition that the infrastructure we’ve built is providing our students and apprentices with up-to-date and effective information, advice, and guidance."

Firebrand has been named amongst the top 20 IT training companies in the world for eight years running. Find out how you can get certified at twice the speed and grow your team with apprentices.

The matrix Standard is the unique quality framework for organisations to assess and measure their information, advice and/or guidance services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work, and life goals. It has been embraced by training providers, universities, further/higher education colleges, schools and academies, and private businesses.
