London (UK), February 2018 - Firebrand Training has achieved the matrix Standard, the international quality standard for organisations that deliver information, advice, and guidance (IAG).
Firebrand joins a range of top organisations in using the matrix Standard accreditation to benchmark their information, advice, and guidance (IAG) services. matrix-accredited organisations include the NHS, University of Leicester, and the Government Department for Employment and Learning.
To gain accreditation, Firebrand’s employees, skills, and technology were assessed across the four areas of the matrix Standard: leadership and management, resources, service delivery, and continuous quality. Each element of the matrix Standard contains strict assessment criteria, all of which must be met to achieve accreditation.
The Standard provides Firebrand Training with a recognised mark of quality, confirming Firebrand’s commitment to providing the highest quality of careers advice and IAG services.
Gavin Freed, Chairman of Firebrand Apprenticeships, said, "Firebrand is continuing to build its credibility in the market through a focus on delivering high quality IT training and apprenticeships. The award of the matrix Standard is further evidence of this and recognition that the infrastructure we’ve built is providing our students and apprentices with up-to-date and effective information, advice, and guidance."
