tts Forum

Putting Practical Experience into Action

Heidelberg (GER), April 2017 - tts, a German eLearning provider, is about to hold its thirteenth "tts Forum" at the Print Media Academy in Heidelberg. Attendees at this specialist conference for corporate learning, talent management, and performance support can look forward to thirteen exciting speeches and presentations on 27 April. Like every year, the event will be opened by a keynote speaker; this year’s guest is Sascha Lobo, one of Germany's leading internet visionaries.

Featuring experts from innovative medium-sized companies and international groups, the conference will provide valuable insights into the various best practices adopted by the learning culture of renowned companies. "Digitalization" is the motto of this year's tts Forum, which will be specifically geared toward human-resource developers, IT decision-makers, managers, and training coordinators.

In addition to the exchange of knowledge and ideas between the professional attendees, the tts Forum will also focus on the lessons learned and experience gained during major HR-IT projects. This will include the introduction of a company-wide IT knowledge database for the REWE Group and the training for a new learning-management system at Liebherr IT Services, one of the world's largest manufacturers of construction equipment. Visitors will also be treated to a look behind the scenes at innogy, Ergo Direkt, SITA, the Thurgauer Kantonalbank, e.on, Union Investment, and Wacker Chemie.

Moreover, the collective know-how of tts will be happy to assist Forum visitors in any way possible at the special "Market Place". This will afford a look beyond visitors’ particular fields of expertise and help them discover what else tts can do for their company.

In the year gone by, Wacker – a global chemical company – created an optimal link between stationary and mobile means of transferring knowledge. By adopting an integrated cloud-based solution for mobile devices, Wacker succeeded in winning over its employees to the idea of digital qualification initiatives. In recognition of their outstanding implementation of this performance-support project with the help of tt performance suite, Wacker Chemie will be presented with the WiT Award for excellent knowledge transfer (Wissen im Transfer – WiT) at the end of the tts Forum.

For the evening before the Forum, tts is happy to invite its clients and other interested parties to a networking event at the company's headquarters in Heidelberg, kicking off at 19:00.

Furthermore, the tts User Group will also meet up at the Print Media Academy on 26 April under the motto of "Performance Support – brought to life". This event is primarily geared toward users of tts software who, by exchanging ideas and information with other users, will discover how best to implement performance support in everyday practice.
