Bite-Size video Clips Address Hard-Line Business Issues

According to insynergi, it is human nature for organisations to concentrate on what needs to be done and less on how they are going to take the workforce with them on the journey. A survey conducted earlier in the year entitled "Understanding Why Projects and Programmes May Fail" revealed a wide range of concerns for organisations. These challenges include: managing complex change with limited resources (56 percent); working with larger teams in multiple locations or teams in different countries (42 percent); skills shortages (35 percent); increasing complexity of projects (35 percent); measuring success (30 percent); and managing outsourcing/offshoring (20 percent).

Today’s employees require professional and technical skills to undertake their allocated project role, whether that is developer, project manager, sponsor, or user representative.
