Call for Papers for EISTA and IMSIC

Orlando, FL (USA), October 2014 - The thirteenth International Conference on Education and Information Systems, Technologies and Applications: EISTA 2015, being organized in the context of the ninth International Multi-Conference on Society, Cybernetics, and Informatics. IMSCI 2015 will be held 12-15 July 2015, in Orlando, Florida, USA.

These conferences have been indexed by Elsevier’s SCOPUS since 2005, along with the collocated events shown below.

The submissions deadline for this Call for Papers is 05 November 2014. The other deadlines can be found on the respective conference websites.

In order to promote interdisciplinary communication, participants in any of these events will be able to attend any of the collocated events, which are mainly the following:

  • Politics and Information Systems, Technologies and Applications: PISTA 2015
  • Social and Organizational Informatics and Cybernetics: SOIC 2015
  • The nineteenth World Multi-Conference on Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics, WMSCI 2015

Authors of early submissions to IMSCI 2015 or any of its collocated events, and, consequently of potential early registrants, will be invited to submit a second paper in special topics, which, if accepted, will require no additional fee for its presentation, as it is being informed in the website. These topics, which will be selected by the Organizing Committee, are very important, but are not among the priorities of the grants. The IIIS will finance this type of papers, which are important for many authors but not important for policy makers in organizations financially supporting the participants in conferences.

Selection of keynote speakers will also be done among the early submissions and, consequently, among the early registrants because to invite authors as keynote speakers will require an additional review process that will be related to the author’s CV, and the concomitant process of verification and validation.
