Survey on the State of eLearning in Europe
Brussels (BE), March 2007 – The Helios project is looking for participants for a free online survey. The specific subject of this survey is the relationship between eLearning and innovation of learning systems, with specific regards to formal education. Helios is a European-Commission-supported research project aiming at establishing a sustainable observation platform to monitor the progress of eLearning in Europe vis-ŕ-vis policy objectives and to forecast future scenarios of eLearning evolution.

This is the last of six thematic surveys to be carried out between 2005 and 2007. Survey participants are asked to answer, when possible, on the basis of their personal experience. By completing this short survey, participants will be making a significant contribution to Helios' understanding of the state of eLearning in Europe.

All information provided by any individual/organisation will be confidential and no one other than those responsible for carrying out the survey will have access to the information provided by individual respondents.
