Online Survey Seeks Participants
Athens (GR), April 2008 – Organic.Edunet is a European initiative that aims to raise awareness about organic agriculture and agroecology in agricultural universities and schools around Europe. Organic.Edunet wants to facilitate access, usage, and exploitation of digital educational content for teaching relevant topics. In this context, an online survey has been launched.

It aims to identify the current level of awareness of students in agricultural educational institutions, as well as courses and subjects in which organic agriculture and agroecology topics can be included. In addition, it aims to explore perceived ways in which digital educational content and Internet-based services can be used to support the teaching of organic agriculture and agroecology topics.

The survey organizers want to better understand the current situation, as well as the needs and requirements of all people involved in teaching agricultural subjects and feel a broad range of participation is of great value. Everyone interested is being asked to participate.

The university questionnaire can be accessed in six languages (English, German, Greek, Hungarian, Romanian, and Estonian) and takes about twenty minutes to complete.

The school questionnaire can be accessed in eight languages (English, German, Greek, Hungarian, Romanian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian, and Russian) and takes about fifteen minutes to complete.
