Split Spurs Team Growth

Nancarrow Partnerships Segments Its Specialisms

Southampton (UK), August 2015 - Nancarrow Partnerships, following industry developments, has recognised the need to segment the company into two distinct areas. The firm has a justified stronghold in the learning-and-development industry, whilst providing marketing services across multiple industries.

Nancarrow Partnerships have recently identified the need to split operations to further enhance their abilities in these different arenas and will now be segmented into "learning and development" and "non-learning and development" areas.

The need for this restructure has been identified by the Managing Director, Issy (Isobel) Nancarrow, during her placement as a cross-industry consultant for the Learning and Performance Institute. Issy works with the LPI alongside thought leaders and key industry figures on a range of exciting projects and holds the organisation in very high regard.

Nancarrow Partnerships are extremely proud of the strength of their relationship to, and links within, the industry. The team know these benefits are undoubtedly afforded to them, in part, due to the close relationship with the LPI.

Nancarrow Partnerships was founded in the learning-and-development industry. As such, the team are always up to date with industry news, which helps them maintain their specialism. Issy Nancarrow set up the company as part of a passion for learning and development, alongside a personal interest in the work of thought leaders, and this combination continues to drive the organisation’s concept.

As a result of this decision, Nancarrow Partnerships will be seeking an individual to support the growth of the non-learning and development area: someone who is experienced in growing businesses and who can successfully take on running the new wing. Issy Nancarrow and the current industry specialists will maintain their focus on marketing within learning and development. Both areas will have access to the core team of highly skilled and experienced marketing managers and an extended network of in-the-field experts.

Issy Nancarrow explains, "We are willing to wait for the right person - someone with credibility, charisma and unstoppable drive. We will wait for the best, while we continue our focus in the industry that lies at the heart of our company: learning and development."

The learning-and-development wing of Nancarrow Partnerships will keep its name, branding, and ethos. The new section will be re-branded and split across multiple industries. This exciting chapter in the company’ future will commence once an individual who’s up to the task has joined the team.
