Fuse Partners with Fuel50

To Create Hyper-Personalised Learning Experiences

London (UK), March 2022 - Strategic integration combines modern learning and talent marketplace tech to support personalised learning and skills development.

Fuse, the learning platform that makes knowledge accessible in the flow of work, recently announced a strategic partnership with Fuel50, the AI Talent Marketplace that delivers talent retention and workforce mobility. The new partnership will integrate Fuse's Learning and Knowledge platform with Fuel50's AI Talent Marketplace to "smart-match" personalised learning and content recommendations against identified skills gaps.

Fuel50 is the AI-enabled talent marketplace solution that smart matches people to personalised internal opportunities, coaches, career journeys, gigs, projects, mentors, learning, and vacancies based on their unique career DNA, whilst surfacing powerful workforce data to support HR with their strategic business decisions and people initiatives. By integrating Fuse's Learning and Knowledge Intelligence Engine, the partnership will reduce administration overheads for L&D professionals, creating tangible business benefits for customers through more relevant and personalised learning recommendations that close skills gaps faster.

In addition to reducing business costs, the integration of Fuse and Fuel50 will cut down the amount of time that learners spend curating and searching for the content they need to develop their skills and progress their careers. Fuse's platform supports personalised learning by analysing its wealth of quality learning content, and through this integration, can intelligently match content to skills within Fuel50. With real-time suggestions for skills-based learning content, any need for manual matching to learning is eradicated.

By connecting to third-party content providers such as LinkedIn Learning and Udemy, the partnership will not only provide hyper-personalised learning via the customer's instance, but also via third-party connected corporate knowledge banks.

Commenting on the partnership, Fuse's VP of Product, Rhys Giles, said, "We're delighted to be partnering with the Fuel50 team in rolling out a strategic integration that will enable learners to quickly identify and curate the best and most relevant content based on their specific skills gaps and learning needs. The integration essentially automates what is otherwise a manual process, resulting in better learner experiences, reduced admin, and better recommendations.

Giles concluded, "What's really exciting is that as content changes, whether created in Fuse or connected via third-party libraries, this integration removes the need to update links in Fuel50. Fuse's AI-driven intelligence takes care of all of that, enabling optimum talent management and learning across both platforms - and in a totally seamless way."

Anne Fulton, CEO and Founder of Fuel50, added, "We are passionate about providing people with an unparalleled, hyper-personalised talent experience whilst supporting best-in-class organisations to improve talent retention and achieve a culture of growth and workforce mobility. This partnership will enable us to provide an even faster time to ROI for all stakeholders, whilst allowing people to grow and develop their careers with in-the-moment individualised learning."

The new integration will be available to customers as part of Fuse's Spring release.
