UK Workers Want ChatGPT to Help with Decisions

Munich (GER), June 2023 - Sixty-two percent of employees in the UK welcome AI services like ChatGPT to help them take the right decision at the workplace. A big majority of 78 percent though wants such digital tools to be instantly recognizable as machines. These are results of the automatica trend index 2023. For the study, 1,000 employees were surveyed in the UK on behalf of the leading trade fair for smart automation and robotics automatica 2023 (27-30 June, in Munich, Germany).

LMS provider Digits analysed thousands of Google search queries to find out more about the types of questions that people asked and the topics they were most curious about in regard to workplace training and development in the UK over the past twelve months.

Forty-Eight Percent of Tech Workers Consider Changing Jobs

Gary Eimerman, General Manager of Pluralsight SkillsSilicon Slopes, UT (USA), June 2022 - Pluralsight, a technology workforce development company, has released its 2022 State of Upskilling Report, which compiles survey results from more than 700 technology learners and leaders in the United States, Europe, Australia, and India on the most current trends and attitudes around skill development. The study found that around 48% of respondents have considered changing jobs because they are not given sufficient resources to develop tech skills. Additionally, some 75% of respondents agreed that their organization's willingness to dedicate resources to developing their tech skills affects their plans to stay with the organization.
