London (UK), August 2017 - The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) has granted Learning Department accreditation to Nomad Foods Europe for its demonstrated commitment to excellence. The LPI is a leading accreditation and membership body for the workplace-learning sector.
LPI accreditation is a globally recognised independent endorsement of a company's efficacy and value-add to the organisation and its ongoing commitment to high quality and process improvement of learning development and training services to internal clients. The accreditation programme employs a highly robust framework developed over many years by learning experts and validated by data from thousands of organisations to measure, benchmark, and improve learning capabilities.
Assessors were impressed by Nomad Foods Europe's approach to learning and development, their programme of activities, and their ambition to continually improve opportunities for their 2000 professional employees across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and the Nordics to grow.
Brian Murray, Group HR Director at Nomad Foods Europe commented, "At Nomad Foods Europe, great people make the difference.
